Methodology changes for climate project №0016 "Secondary irrigation of drained peatlands in the temperate zone"
Решением авторов и разработчика в Методологии реализации климатического проекта №0016 «Вторичное обводнение осушенных торфяников умеренного пояса» (далее — Методология), внесены изменений в Статью 4 «Сроки проекта».
Внесение соответствующих изменений обусловлено необходимостью приведения в соответствие отдельных положений Методологии с требованиями законодательства Российской Федерации и стандартами реализации подобного типа Климатических проектов в международной практике, в т.ч. срока кредитования Климатического проекта, и установления минимального срока реализации Климатического проекта: от 10 лет., без ограничения по максимальному сроку.
В существующей редакции Методологии установлен срок от 10 до 30 лет, что существенно ограничивает права арендаторов земельных участков по обеспечению ухода за земельными участками в долгосрочной перспективе: от 30 и более лет. Целесообразность и необходимость внесения предлагаемых изменений обусловлена требованиями Лесного и Земельного кодексов Российской Федерации, согласно которым земельный участок может быть предоставлен в долгосрочное пользование на праве аренды на срок не более 49 лет, с возможностью продления.
Методология публикуется в новой редакции на русском и английском языках.

The operator of carbon units registry has extended the current fees until 31.12.2026
The Carbon Units Registry Operator has extended the validity of the current fees through 31 December 2026, in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation N 518 dated 30 March 2022 (as amended on 30 November 2022) “On the Procedure for Determining Fees for the Operator of Registry Providing Services for Carrying out Transactions in the Carbon Units Registry”.
We also hereby inform you that, following the entry into force on 1 September 2026 of the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation N 234 dated 05 March 2026, the service for reinstatement of cancelled carbon units has been removed from the Registry Operator’s service offering. Accordingly, no fee shall henceforth be established for this service.
