How to fill out an application?
- Please read the tariffs, carefully if the service is paid
- Check out the term of the service
- Fill out the application in electronic form, providing the required information
- Attach the required documents to the application
- Please sign the application with an enhanced qualified electronic signature
- Submit your application
- Wait for the application to be verified and registered
- The registry administrator will check the submitted documents and provide a response within the prescribed period
- Wait for the results of the service rendered.
- Please pay for the services of the carbon units register administrator

If you have not received a response within defined timeframes, please contact the registry administrator using the information provided in the contacts sectionAgreement Termination
If you have decided to discontinue cooperation with the carbon units registry administrator (hereinafter, the “register administrator”) at your discretion and not as a result of a breach of the agreement, please, act as follows:
1. Before the 30th of November of the current year:
- Submit your Notification of refusal to renew the agreement using the EPGU*
Important:
- The agreement will be valid until 31 December of the current year (inclusive).
- Prior to termination, you should pay all the amounts due for the services of the register administrator
- Prior to termination, you should make a decision on how you will dispose of the carbon units (transfer/set off)
After the 31st of December of the current year
- The agreement will be terminated
- The Customer account with the carbon units registry will be closed
- The carbon units will be canceled by the register administrator (unless a decision on the disposal thereof has been made)
2. If you wish to terminate the agreement before the 31st of December of the current year
- Submit a proposal on the agreement termination to the register administrator (see the model document attached), either by registered mail to the register administrator’s address or by a courier service.
Important:
- Early termination is possible only subject to agreement between the parties (cl. 40 of the standard agreement with the register administrator)
- Prior to termination, you should pay all the amounts due for the services of the register administrator
- Prior to termination, you should make a decision on how you will dispose of the carbon units (transfer/set off)
After the date specified in the termination agreement
- The agreement will be terminated subject to the administrator’s consent
- The Customer account will be closed
- The carbon units will be canceled by the register administrator (unless a decision on the disposal thereof has been made)
*The notification of refusal to renew the agreement for the register administrator’s services sent as an e-document signed with the enhanced qualified electronic signature of the entity's authorized officer via the federal state information system the Russian National E-government Public Services Portal (EPGU)
