The Russian registry administrator of carbon units has published a form for analyzing applications for the registration of climate projects
В рамках политики открытости и обеспечения прозрачности процедур оператор российского реестра углеродных единиц завершил разработку и внедрение единой формы анализа заявлений о регистрации климатических проектов. Документ, основанный на требованиях постановлений Правительства РФ и отраслевых нормативных актов, уже активно применяется оператором. Его публикация направлена на стандартизацию процедур, повышение качества проектов и укрепление доверия участников рынка.

- Приказа Министерства экономического развития РФ от 11 мая 2022 г. №248.
Публикация формы анализа заявлений о регистрации проекта — важный шаг для формирования зрелого и прозрачного рынка углеродных единиц. Все участники теперь могут заранее ознакомиться с критериями оценки, что сократит риски отклонения заявок и ускорит процесс регистрации.
