The registry administrator of the carbon unit has developed and approved a procedure for updating information about climate projects and participants in carbon units trading
В соответствии с требованиями пункта 19 Постановления Правительства РФ от 30 апреля 2022 г. № 790 «Об утверждении правил создания и ведения реестра углеродных единиц, а также проведения операций с углеродными единицами в реестре углеродных единиц» Оператор реестра разработал и утвердил Положение о внесении изменений в сведения о климатических проектах и участниках обращения углеродных единиц.
Новый документ регулирует процедуру обновления сведений в реестре углеродных единиц, в том числе:
- исправление технических ошибок в сведениях о климатических проектах;
- изменение информации об участниках обращения;
- актуализацию параметров проектов в связи с изменением их характеристик.
Почему это важно?
Утверждение порядка повышает прозрачность и эффективность работы системы обращения углеродных единиц. Это способствует развитию климатических инициатив и укрепляет доверие к инструментам углеродного регулирования.
