Putin signed a decree on reducing greenhouse gas emissions
Президент РФ Владимир Путин поручил правительству сократить к 2035 году выбросы парниковых газов до 65-67% относительно уровня 1990 года. Соответствующий указ подписан.
"В целях реализации Российской Федерацией Парижского соглашения от 12 декабря 2015 года постановляю правительству Российской Федерации обеспечить к 2035 году сокращение выбросов парниковых газов до 65-67% относительно уровня 1990 года", - говорится в тексте документа.
В указе также уточняется, что снижение должно происходить с учетом максимально возможной поглощающей способности лесов, иных естественных экологических систем и при условии устойчивого и сбалансированного социально-экономического развития РФ, ее недискриминационного доступа к оборудованию и технологиям, необходимым для сокращения (предотвращения) выбросов парниковых газов и (или) увеличения их поглощения.
Настоящий указ вступает в силу со дня его официального опубликования.
