Once you have decided to become a Client of the Carbon Units Registry, please proceed to the international document management section of the website and follow the link: https://sbis.ru/edo/international
to fill out your data to conclude a Tripartite Agreement. The approximate time for signing a Tripartite Agreement will take 14 days (excluding the time for delivery of agreements to counterparties).
Step 4:
Once the Tripartite Agreement is signed, you can start working in the Carbon Units Registry. Download, complete and sign the application form to join the Model Agreement.

Step 5:
Send the application signed by encrypted non-certified digital signature (NDS) through the electronic document management information system.
Step 6:
If you decide to buy or sell carbon units on an exchange, you can apply for carbon units labeling (allocation of carbon units for organized exchange trading). Before submitting a request for labeling, please read the Procedure for interaction between the Client and the Registry Administrator for trading of labeled carbon units and (or) quota fulfillment units during organized trading.

Send a request for labeling (on the termination of labeling), signed by encrypted non-certified digital signature (NDS), through the electronic document management information system.
Step 8:
If you would like to receive an extract from the Carbon Units Registry, fill out the request, send the request signed by encrypted non-certified digital signature (NDS) through the electronic document management information system.
